F/LOSS Ad Campaign Launched
6th October 2006, In Egypt Networks is pleased to announce the introduction of the F/LOSS Ads Campaign.
The F/LOSS Ads Campaign is intended to promote the use and raise awareness of the diversity of F/LOSS software through banners of F/LOSS projects on diverse web sites.
This is a free advertising campaign whereby In Egypt Networks is donating available bandwidth, organisation, time and energy. In Egypt Networks is also calling on publishers; websites, blogs, software project pages, user groups, forums and on line magazines, to donate banner space for the F/LOSS Ads Campaign (floss.ads).
In Egypt Networks also calls upon the F/LOSS community to create banners for their favourite F/LOSS project or meta-project and to submit them to floss.ads for publication.
